National Trust Calke Estate entrance is in Ticknall, the small local town of Melbourne and Melbourne Hall, Staunton Harold Estate and Ferrers Craft Centre are all walkable from Broadleaves. 15 minutes drive away is the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Willington with it’s marina and shopping.

Driving or motorcycling weekend with your mates? We have plenty of secure gated overnight parking. We are close to Donington Park circuit and some great Derbyshire driving roads.

Days our further afield? Broadleaves is the perfect base to explore the Midlands! With 4 major cities, numerous market towns, attractions and the Peak District all within an hours drive.
