This is the terms and conditions of booking of Broadleaves Limited t/a Broadleaves Glamping. In this document, "we", "our", or "us" refers to Broadleaves Limited.
We are company number 15042890 registered in England.
Our registered office is at Foremark Park Farm, Ticknall, Derbyshire. DE73 7JP.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Group Bookings

Group bookings of 12 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted) without prior approval. Please enquire about exclusive use.

One person must take responsibility for the group as booking lead and ensure that all parties follow the housekeeping and safety rules for the benefit of all guests.

Completion of the booking form and full payment of the fee constitutes a binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.

If bookings are made by you on behalf of other individuals you confirm that you have authority to make a booking on behalf of these individuals and that you accept responsibility for ensuring that all of these individuals comply with these terms and conditions.

At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures or for short notice cancellation, so please ensure you have adequate insurance in place.

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.

A £100.00 damage/cleanliness deposit hold per unit is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorised in advance on the card used to make your booking.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

Only the guests booked with Broadleaves are eligible to stay in the accommodation.

Late arrivals - please notify us as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period we reserve the right to relet your unit.

Pets

You must notify us at the time of booking if you intend to bring a dog on site. They will incur an additional charge. A maximum of ONE dog per unit may be allowed. No other pets are permitted.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and under control. You are responsible for any mess, which must be cleared up and disposed of immediately.

Dogs must not be left unattended on the site

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Your Obligations and Responsibilities

Under 18 year olds must be supervised on site by a responsible adult at all times.

Gazebos, hammocks, additional tents or large windbreaks are not permitted.

Visitors may only be brought onto the site with prior agreement. Site facilities are for the use of guests only, including car parking spaces.

Please respect other guests by:

Being quiet between the hours of 10pm and 9am and refraining from excessive noise at all other times;

Playing ball games and frisbee away from other guests accommodation

Not playing loud music (including musical instruments).

Generators, fireworks and Chinese lanterns are not permitted.

Breakages and damages must be reported as soon as is reasonably possible and we may charge you for any part of a bell tent or site amenity destroyed or damaged.

We may charge you for the relevant costs if extra cleaning is required.

You must agree to follow the instructions for safe use of the fire pit, stoves and hot tub (if applicable).

For fire safety, cooking for guests is restricted to the designated areas only. Stoves and fire pits must not be relocated. Cooking inside units is NOT permitted due to risk of fire and carbon monoxide poisoning.

To avoid danger from spread of fire, do not use fire pit if weather is excessively dry, hot or windy. All guests need to make themselves familiar with the location of the fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

Smoking is not permitted in the Bell Tents or elsewhere on site.

It is not permitted to fly drones on site

You need to be aware of the natural hazards on areas surrounding the site including the adjacent reservoir and woodland (including mature trees and roots), steep banks and drops. You should familiarise yourself with the site on arrival.

Do not put fat or food waste down the drains, use the bins provided. We have a delicate non-mains waste water system which needs preserving!

An initial supply of logs and kindling are provided but further supplies must be purchased on site if required to ensure the right quality of dried wood only is used in our stoves and fire pits (for safety and smoke minimisation)

Remember you are staying in the countryside and as such should expect the following:

Noises including animals, birds and weather.

Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Insects (citronella candles are provided but insect repellent and antihistamines might be recommended if susceptible)

Pollen

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to any persons or property arising within the site or farm.

Right to evict

We reserve the right to ask any guest(s) to leave who present a danger, menace or disturbance to other guests including excessive noise and failure to adhere to site rules and these terms and conditions

The hosts reserve the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
